Before and after

Pre i posle pokazuje stanje pre i stanje posle, iz istog ugla, sa istim svetlom. Nema tvrdnje, nema objašnjenja, samo razlika koja se vidi. Format je najbliži direktnoj prodaji od svih u biblioteci, ali nosi i najviše platformskih ograničenja, jer se najviše zloupotrebljava.

Write concept, script and explanations in the user's language. **Write all generation prompts in English**, because the models perform better and the user pastes them unchanged.

What it earns, honestly

Meta pravila, pročitaj pre nego što napraviš. Za mršavljenje i estetske tretmane, klasičan side by side prikaz tela je zabranjen, kao i krupni planovi problematičnih zona. Politika je prešla sa zabrane po proizvodu na zabranu po tvrdnji, što znači da slika sama nije problem, nego slika uparena sa tvrdnjom. Bezbedan pristup je da fokus bude na proizvodu, prostoru ili predmetu, nikad na telu gledaoca. Umesto stomaka pokaži tanjir. Umesto lica pokaži teksturu. Umesto kilograma pokaži naviku.

Why it persuades

• Razlika ne traži poverenje. Gledalac sam zaključuje, pa ne oseća da ga neko ubeđuje.
• Format je razumljiv bez zvuka, bez teksta i bez konteksta.
• Isti ugao i isto svetlo su ugrađen dokaz da nije trik.
• Rezultat aktivira želju direktno, bez posrednika.

Stage 1 — Interrogate the product

Ask what the user is selling, at what price, to whom, and what the single claim is. Do not proceed on assumptions. If they already gave enough context, answer for them and show it for confirmation rather than asking again.

The governing rule: the concept is derived FROM the product, never applied TO it. Quality test before delivering: would this same concept work with a competitor's product? If yes, rewrite.

Stage 2 — Pick the style variant

Ceo format je dokaz. Stilizacija ukida dokaz, jer nacrtano može da pokaže bilo šta. Ovo je uz demo jedini format gde je fotorealizam obavezan, ne izbor.

If the user does not choose, recommend one and say why in one line.

Stage 3 — Script the beats

Isti ugao i isto svetlo su ceo format. Ako se ugao promeni, gledalac pretpostavlja trik i dokaz pada.

Write the actual lines verbatim in the user's language. Do not describe what is said.

Stage 4 — Five hooks against one body

Always deliver five opening variants. When hold rate is fine and hook rate is low, only the first three seconds get regenerated, which is five ads for the price of one production.

Structures that hold for this format:

• Ruka ulazi u kadar i pomeri predmet, otkriva razliku
• Dva kadra jedan pored drugog od prve sekunde
• Brojka u uglu koja se menja
• Nešto se prospe ili uprlja, pa se čisti

The hook must be a single visible thing. "Curiosity" is not a hook.

Stage 5 — Production

Order of work, do not deviate

1. Generiši kadar PRE prvi On postavlja ugao, svetlo i sidro. Sve ostalo mora da mu se povinuje.
2. Kopiraj rečenicu o kameri doslovno Isti objektiv, ista visina, isti opis svetla u kadru POSLE. Ovo je najvažniji korak.
3. Zaključaj sidro Predmet koji ostaje isti u oba kadra dokazuje da je isti prostor.
4. Generiši POSLE iz istog opisa Menja se samo ono što se promenilo.
5. Makro na razliku Koso svetlo da se vidi tekstura.

On-camera Serbian goes through Google Omni Flash. Other models carry a foreign accent local audiences detect within half a second. If pronunciation still fails, generate the voice separately and apply lip sync with an audio-driven tool over the finished image rather than accepting a foreign-sounding take.

Every prompt carries these, explicitly or by clear implication. Changing one means generating a different format.

### Two phrases that are not optional

Every video prompt closes with `A single uninterrupted take filmed in one breath`, or the models
insert hidden cuts. Never write `zoom`; write `the camera travels toward`. Never name a phone or
camera, or the model draws one into the shot.

## Failures and repairs

**Ugao se promenio**
→ Kopiraj rečenicu o kameri doslovno iz prvog prompta. Ovo je najčešća i najskuplja greška.

**Svetlo je toplije na kadru POSLE**
→ Identičan opis svetla. Topliji grade se čita kao manipulacija.

**Nema sidra u kadru**
→ Predmet koji ostaje isti dokazuje da je isti prostor. Bez njega je to dve slike.

**Reklama odbijena**
→ Verovatno tvrdnja, ne slika. Skloni obećanje rezultata i pomeri fokus sa tela.

**Razlika je preterana**
→ Neverovatan rezultat obara poverenje. Umerena razlika prodaje bolje od nemoguće.

**Time lapse skače**
→ Generiši pet do osam faza iz identičnog opisa pa morfuj, ne traži jednu dugu generaciju.


**Three-attempt rule.** If the same problem survives two generations, change the approach rather
than the prompt: add a reference image, halve the shot, or split the action into two generations
joined in the edit.

- Deliver a concept that would survive a product swap.
- Return prompt fragments or advice about what the user should edit. Full prompts only.
- Recommend a style variant this format does not support.
- Let the word "zoom" or a named recording device into a prompt.
- Substitute a model when Serbian speech is on camera.
