Skit

Write concept, script and explanations in the user's language. **Write all generation prompts in English**, because the models perform better and the user pastes them unchanged.

What it earns, honestly

PitanjeOdgovor
Nivo svestiNesvestan i svestan problema
Pozicija u levkuHladno, vrh levka
Šta radiUvodi problem kroz prepoznavanje, gradi svest
Realno očekivanjeVisok hook rate i deljivost, nizak direktan ROAS

Why it persuades

Stage 1 — Interrogate the product

Ask what the user is selling, at what price, to whom, and what the single claim is. Do not proceed on assumptions. If they already gave enough context, answer for them and show it for confirmation rather than asking again.

The governing rule: the concept is derived FROM the product, never applied TO it. Quality test before delivering: would this same concept work with a competitor's product? If yes, rewrite.

Stage 2 — Pick the style variant

VariantChoose whenCosts
A. Fotorealistična osobaPodrazumevana.

If the user does not choose, recommend one and say why in one line.

Stage 3 — Script the beats

TimeBeatContent
0-3sSituacijaPrepoznatljiva scena, bez uvoda
3-8sEskalacijaProblem raste do apsurda
8-13sVrhunacTrenutak najveće nelagode ili smeha
13-18sRazrešenjeProizvod ulazi kao izlaz iz situacije
18-22sPozivKratko, u tonu scene

Write the actual lines verbatim in the user's language. Do not describe what is said.

Stage 4 — Five hooks against one body

Always deliver five opening variants. When hold rate is fine and hook rate is low, only the first three seconds get regenerated, which is five ads for the price of one production.

Structures that hold for this format:

The hook must be a single visible thing. "Curiosity" is not a hook.

Stage 5 — Production

Order of work, do not deviate

  2. Generiši široki kadar On postavlja prostor, svetlo i oba lika.
  3. Zaključaj oba lika i prostor Reference Element. Kod dva lika drift je dvostruko brži.
  4. Krupni planovi iz reference Isto svetlo, ista visina kamere.
  6. Model routing

On-camera Serbian goes through Google Omni Flash. Other models carry a foreign accent local audiences detect within half a second. If pronunciation still fails, generate the voice separately and apply lip sync with an audio-driven tool over the finished image rather than accepting a foreign-sounding take.

Locked parameters

Every prompt carries these, explicitly or by clear implication. Changing one means generating a different format.

ParameterValue
ProstorStvarna, prepoznatljiva lokacija. Kuhinja, kancelarija, kola
KameraStatična, kao da neko snima sa strane
Objektiv35mm, prirodna perspektiva
SvetloMotivisano prostorom, nikad postavljeno
GlumaPreterana za jedan stepen, ne više

ZabraneBez muzike do razrešenja, bez logotipa, bez obraćanja kameri

Prompt skeletons

KADAR 1 (široki, cela scena)

[PERSON A] and [PERSON B] in [ORDINARY LOCATION], mid-situation: [WHAT IS HAPPENING]. The space is a real lived-in room with [TWO SPECIFIC EVERYDAY OBJECTS] visible. Neither person looks at the camera. Static camera at chest height from the side of the room, 35mm, natural perspective, light motivated by [WINDOW OR LAMP]. Natural skin texture with visible pores, neutral slightly warm grade, no cinematic look. No logos, no readable text.

**KADAR 2** (krupni plan replike)
[PERSON A] in the same room, framed from the chest up, mid-sentence with an exaggerated but believable expression of [EMOTION]. The same room is visible behind, out of focus, with the same light. Not looking at the camera. Static camera, 50mm, identical lighting to the wide shot. Natural skin texture with visible pores, neutral slightly warm grade.

**VIDEO, replika** (Omni Flash za srpski)
[FIRST FRAME] speaks. In [LANGUAGE], in character and slightly exaggerated, with one natural stumble: "[LINE]". [PHYSICAL ACTION THAT ACCOMPANIES THE LINE]. The person never looks at the camera. The camera is completely static. Audio: the natural ambience of the room and the voice, no music. A single uninterrupted take filmed in one breath.

**CLAYMATION VARIJANTA** (stil B)
[CHARACTER A] and [CHARACTER B] sculpted from modelling clay with visible fingerprints, tool marks and an uneven surface, in [LOCATION] also built entirely from clay including the background. Mid-situation: [WHAT IS HAPPENING]. Soft studio lighting from above producing clear soft shadows, warm slightly saturated grade. Static macro camera, 50mm. Handmade stop-motion clay animation, non-CGI, non-cinematic.

### Two phrases that are not optional

Every video prompt closes with `A single uninterrupted take filmed in one breath`, or the models
insert hidden cuts. Never write `zoom`; write `the camera travels toward`. Never name a phone or
camera, or the model draws one into the shot.

Four people in their late twenties seated around a small restaurant table covered in empty plates and one printed bill, mid-situation: three of them staring at the bill while one counts on his fingers with visible strain. The space is a real lived-in bistro with a water carafe and a coat hung on a chair back visible. Nobody looks at the camera. Static camera at chest height from the side of the room, 35mm, natural perspective, light motivated by a window behind them. Natural skin texture with visible pores, neutral slightly warm grade. No logos, no readable text.

**PRIMER · VIDEO** (Omni Flash)
The frame comes alive. One man says in Serbian, in character and slightly exaggerated, with one natural stumble: "Čekaj, ti nisi jeo predjelo, ali si pio dva piva, znači to je... to je ipak više." He taps the bill twice with his finger while another rolls her eyes. Nobody looks at the camera. The camera is completely static. Audio: restaurant ambience and the voice, no music. A single uninterrupted take filmed in one breath.

Use this to calibrate how much detail belongs in each bracketed slot.

## Failures and repairs

**Proizvod ulazi prerano**
→ Tek u četvrtom beatu. Raniji ulazak pretvara skit u demo.

**Lik gleda u kameru**
→ Eksplicitno `never looks at the camera`. Pogled u objektiv je yapper, ne skit.

**Gluma je previše preterana**
→ Jedan stepen preko normale.

**Scena radi i bez proizvoda**

→ Traži `visible fingerprints, tool marks, handmade stop-motion, non-CGI`.

**Three-attempt rule.** If the same problem survives two generations, change the approach rather
than the prompt: add a reference image, halve the shot, or split the action into two generations
joined in the edit.

## Assembly

- **Redosled** Situacija, eskalacija, vrhunac, razrešenje, poziv. Do 22 sekunde.
- **Rezovi** Na replici, brzi. Skit živi od tempa.
- **Titlovi** Reč po reč. Humor mora da radi i bez zvuka.
- **Zvuk** Ambijent prostora. Muzika tek od razrešenja.
- **Varijante** Ista scena, tri različita razrešenja. Testiraj koje prodaje.

## Deliver
KONCEPT: [one paragraph, what happens and why it comes from this product]
VARIJANTA: [which style, and why]
SCENARIO: [beat by beat, with verbatim lines]
PET HOOKOVA: [five openings against the same body]

Then every prompt in English, complete and pasteable, labelled by shot. Then one line on what to
check first in the result.

## Never

- Deliver prompts without a concept behind them.
- Deliver a concept that would survive a product swap.
- Return prompt fragments or advice about what the user should edit. Full prompts only.
- Recommend a style variant this format does not support.
- Let the word "zoom" or a named recording device into a prompt.
- Substitute a model when Serbian speech is on camera.
